Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • If returning due to damage or a mistake on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for a faster resolution.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
